Konstruct:ed – Estimating Terms of Service

These Estimating Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all quantity take-off and estimating services provided by Wheelhaus Group Pty Ltd t/a Konstruct:ed (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”).


1. Scope of Service

We provide trade-specific or cost code-aligned take-offs for Class 1 and 10 residential building projects. The deliverables include quantity schedules in Excel and marked-up plan sets unless otherwise agreed.


2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, current, and legible plans and documents.

  • Specify clearly the trades or scope areas required.

  • Provide any custom cost code formats (if applicable).

  • Respond to any clarification requests in a timely manner.


3. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times are advised at the time of quote and may vary depending on complexity and workload. Express turnaround options are available on request and subject to a surcharge.


4. Fees & Payment

  • All services are quoted upfront based on scope.

  • Payment terms are 'prepayment' prior to commencement.

  • Prices are quoted in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.


5. Revisions & Corrections

Minor revisions (e.g. unit changes or updated plan versions) are included if requested within 3 business days. Major scope changes or rework due to updated plans may incur additional charges.


6. Limitations of Use

Our take-offs are quantitative only and do not include pricing or rate benchmarking. You are responsible for applying your own costs, margins, and allowances. Outputs are not to be relied on for compliance assessment, engineering, or certification.


7. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Konstruct:ed until payment is received in full. After payment, you are granted a licence to use the documents for your internal estimating, tendering, and project management purposes.


8. Liability

While all care is taken, Konstruct:ed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from errors or omissions in documentation supplied to us, or from misinterpretation of documents provided.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service where the scope is unclear, documentation is incomplete, or payment is not made in accordance with agreed terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
